Frozen Rodents:

Mack's Natural Reptile Food frozen rodents are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.  

Orders received before Monday at 12:00pm EST will ship on Monday. Orders received after 12:00pm EST on Tuesday will ship the following Monday.  

There is a $39.99 shipping fee for all order less than $150

Live Animals:

The safety of our animals is very important to us.  To ensure the safety of our animals all orders, pickup and delivery, are required to be packaged in our Reptiles by Mack insulated boxes.  For live reptile orders to ship same day, all orders must be received no later than 12pm EST. 

For live reptile pick up orders, a box charge of $10 per box will apply.

Most live reptile shipments have a shipping fee of $66.99.  The $66.99 shipping fee applies to shipments in the lower 48 states. Not applicable for Alaska or Hawaii shipments.  For states that require a health certificate(GA, MI, WA, WI, UT, VA, ID, IL), the shipping fee is $81.99, which includes freight and certificate.

NEW:  When temperatures at the ship or delivery location are below 40 degrees or above 80 degrees, shipments will be packaged with Adaptek PCM Pouches. A charge of $5.99 per pouch used will be added to the order. This charge will be credited to your account when you participate in our Adaptek PCM Returns Program. Contact us for details.

An additional fee of $9.85 will be applied to all shipments sent to non-commercial addresses (residential with signature required). This fee will be applied when your order is processed.

Orders shipped Friday will have an additional shipping charge of $16 for Saturday delivery. The UPS fee for Saturday delivery is in addition to the $59.99 shipping fee.

**All orders for animals/states that require vet certificates must be received by 12:00pm EST Monday to be shipped on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery or by 12:00pm EST Tuesday to be shipped on Wednesday for Thursday delivery, barring adverse weather conditions**

We reserve the right to hold all shipments when weather conditions are not favorable to the animals' safety. 

Our overnight shipping guarantee is void if you are not there to receive the animal at or before 10:30am. If you cannot be there to sign for and accept you order, please make arrangements to either pick it up from the UPS depot or have it delivered to a commercial address where it can be received and will be kept in a climate controlled environment.

Our overnight shipping is due to be delivered by 10:30am to most locations. However, circumstances beyond our control can sometimes prevent or delay delivery.  In the unusual event that your order is delayed, we will work with UPS to coordinate the delivery and will do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely.  While this service is extremely reliable for most of our orders, Reptiles by Mack does not guarantee a delivery time and cannot refund your shipping cost should your order arrive later than expected.  Please note that in some areas the 10:30am delivery times may not be available.  We will notify you for alternative delivery options if this the case.  Someone must be available to sign for your order.  If you cannot be there to sign for your order, please make arrangements to pick it up from the UPS depot where it can be received and will be kept in a climate controlled environment.  

Orders placed separately through the website will be shipped separately. We cannot combine multiple orders for the same address.
